Noota is a note-taking and productivity app that helps you transcribe, summarize, and organize content using AI. By using Noota, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these terms as we improve the product. If we make material changes, we will post them here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Noota.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- Provide accurate information so we can operate the service reliably.
Usage Rules
- Use Noota only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our APIs, infrastructure, or models.
- Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.
- AI summaries and transcripts are generated automatically; review them before relying on them.
Your Content & Privacy
You own the content you upload (audio, documents, notes). You give us a license to process that content to provide the service (transcription, summarization, storage, and syncing).
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) to operate Noota, and they must protect your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
AI Outputs
AI results can contain errors, omissions, or bias. Always review generated transcripts, summaries, and answers before using them. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
Payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and features will be shown clearly in the app. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the store or app settings.
Availability & Updates
Noota requires internet access for most features. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features at any time. Keep your app updated to use the latest version.
Disclaimer & Liability
Noota is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the 3 months before the claim (or USD $0 for free users).
Termination
You may stop using Noota at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, and you should delete it from your devices.
